Hi, I'm Francine Apy, Flourishing & Well-Being Strategist. My early experience in human resources, combined with my current studies at Penn, has clarified a path I care deeply about: bringing meaningful wellbeing, reflection, growth, and resilience to workplaces, schools, and teams.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries, which has shaped my understanding of how people experience work, change, and growth across different organizational settings.
I collaborate with organizations that value the whole person and recognize that sustainable success is rooted in wellbeing. I support leaders and teams who want to foster cultures where people feel supported, engaged, and equipped to grow; creating environments that allow individuals and organizations to move forward with clarity, purpose, and curiosity about what is possible.
I bring over two decades of HR leadership experience, combined with rigorous academic training in the science of well-being. This isn't motivational speaking — it's evidence-based work designed for sustainable change.
Currently completing my Master's in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, I bridge the gap between research and real-world application, creating training experiences that are both scientifically grounded and immediately practical.
